Not All Is Lost

Devastating bushfires and floods followed by a global pandemic have made us more aware of the precariousness of nature and life. Just when we think all is lost, the black charred forests begin to sprout new shoots and bright colours re-emerge.

Exploring everyday materials found in the studio, this new body of work inspired by Luciano Fabro and the ‘Arte Povera’ Movement represents a new direction for the artist and the possibilities for growth in an altered world.
